SAUTEED APPLES - and other FIXIN’S Once again we will be rolling out the “Pig Cookin’ Trailer” and loading the spit with another succulent porker. Now in our 10th year, this social event has grown to be one of the Club’s premier events. Chef Mark has planned some additions so come down and check them out!
This year’s Pig Roast cost will be $15.00 per person.
Pop, coffee, and tea will be furnished by the Club. BYOB and please bring a desert to share. If all goes as planned, we should be serving dinner at 4:00 pm (Cracklin’s about 3:00PM!). There will be raffles and games throughout the afternoon hours, so plan on coming down early and having some fun. Just a reminder there’s an IDPA and a subgun match that day!
The deadline to place your order is Saturday, July 10th. Please check in on arrival and remember, guests must be accompanied by a member to enter the range areas. There will be no refunds!
