For the 30th Anniversary of the Francis Marion, we wanted to do something special. After consulting with the Fine Chefs of Combat Cuisine, it was decided that we would move the dinner to the night of the match and to plan a culinary extravaganza, worthy of the event.
Menu:
- Various appetizers and artisan breads
- Succulent prime rib, specially Weber-cooked under the care of the Fine Chefs of Combat Cuisine
- Massive Baked Potato
- Portobello Mushroom Surprise
- Salad
