THE MAIN A Neanderthal sized portion (18 oz.) of Black Angus grilled sirloin of beef kissed by the “Coals of Kingsford”. A fresh Maine lobster tail, steamed to perfection and served with drawn Spanish Sherry butter.
POTATOES ANNA An earthly offering of Parmesan, Fontinella, shallots and butter broiled crisp for your dining delight.
SALAD A salad of field greens, radicchio and arugula tossed with Ashland Lake’s own signature basil vinaigrette.
