drawn Spanish Sherry butter.
POTATOES ANNA
An earthly offering of Parmesan, Fontinella, shallots and butter
broiled crisp for your dining delight.
SALAD
A salad of field greens, radicchio and arugula tossed with Ashland Lake’s
own signature basil vinaigrette.
