TACTICAL
SHOTGUN CLINIC
Sunday, May 4th , 10:00 amThe sounds of Scatterguns rang out Sunday as nearly 20 souls participated in and competed in the Tactical Shotgun Clinic and Standards Course.
Tony LaValle put out a great shotgun clinic with the class beginning in the pavilion, and heading to the range at noon, where shooters had an intense high volume course of fire totaling nearly 150 rounds. John Moson and Tony really put an all out effort in the Clinic, and participants and Directors alike salute them!
Mike McGreer squeaked by with the best overall time in the abbreviated standards course (due to the high volume of fire in the clinic), followed closely by Tim McGowan and his arsenal of heavily modified automatic shotguns.
Participants could not get enough sunshine or buckshot, and some informal “head to head” competitions were held using the pepper poppers after the match.
