Tactical Rifle Match

Saturday’s Tactical Rifle match had you fighting your way to your rifle which was located in the vehicles trunk. Moving to cover and shooting semi-hidden targets behind trees, stumps and rocks. The 200 yard range had stationary shooting from the 100 yard position. Mud was everywhere! which is a good thing, since the Francis Marion is just around the corner.
Special thanks to Chris Warstler who helped create the scenarios. Congratulations to Ron Dodge for taking first place in the Tactical Enhanced division, followed by Roy Mitchell 2nd place, and the infamous Jason Henthorne 3rd place. Especially impressive was Danny Tan who not only took first place in Stock Iron but, also shot very accurately in the ambush stage with only 2 points down. Good shooting Danny! Finally a special note for Dave Clute, “Slow Down !!! I can barely keep up with you.” Thanks again everyone for coming out and shooting the TRS Tactical Rifle match.
