Three Gun Match Results

Thank you to all the safety officers and the Range officers that stayed and made this the best three gun match we have ever run. Thank you also to the people who helped setup and tear down at the end of the day, your help was much appreciated.
Unfortunately the I.C.S.U. is mourning the loss of
one of their team members. It apparently happened somewhere
on the catwalk, his shotgun had an equipment failure and was
overrun by the zombie/infected hordes, but instead of being
eaten alive he decided to end it quickly and disappeared over
the edge. We will miss you! Luckily the rest of the team is
safely back home and hopefully recovering from the rescue
mission they embarked upon.
I felt for the shooters who had multiple down fours
(-4) on the 300 yard infected stage, it was tough keeping all
those shots in the sweet spot. The reason being, most forgot
to compensate for the close proximity of the targets. Barrel
to sight distance was just enough to put quite a few shooters
out of the down zero zone. Lessons learned and hopefully
remembered. I know I was looking forward to the “Bio suit”
COF, by the end of the day I needed a cool down! Sometimes,
no matter how hard you try, you just can’t hit that DARN
steel plate, let alone see it. You are lucky we didn’t shoot
it at 200 yards instead of 100. The pistol stages were, let’s
see, Oh I know! I need more magazines, I need more magazines,
more magazines!!!
