A special thanks to Spalding, who volunteered to be the drag dummy for the day, he’s a real trooper! I also want to thank Rob Strodtbeck and John Hill for helping setup for the match. Rob also ran a stage for the first time. I just added another Safety Officer to the list, thank you very much Rob.

The courses of fire yesterday were pretty
non-conventional. We started off the match using strong hand
only through a short but challenging C.o.F. This proved to be
somewhat awkward and cumbersome, but everyone “now” knows
they can fight with (strong arm only) if needed. The second
C.o.F. emphasized use of cover/concealment and use of manual
safety. Third stage I thought would be more challenging, but
after dragging Spalding 20 yards, it wasn’t as hard to make
hits on target as I planned it to be. Maybe we need to drag
Spalding 50 yards LOL! Fourth stage was a modified 1-2-3-4-5
drill and was fun and simple.
